Service times
- Parents arrive at 5:00pm
- Service starts 5:30pm and runs 1 hour (until 6:30pm)
- Everything wrapped up by 7:00pm
- Slice tomatoes, napkin bread slices, unfold buns, separate cheese slices
- Prepare service area — bain marie plugged in, sauces out, POS hooked up to WiFi
- Please ensure the room is left tidy and the cupboard looks like the image.
